Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or use its forms, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

IN SHORT

- We collect only what you type into our contact form: your name, email address and message.

- We use it to reply to you and to discuss the staking services you asked about. Nothing else.

- We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

- Write to mitesh.jain@girnaartech.com at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold.

1. WHO WE ARE

This website is operated by Girnaar Nodes Tech Ltd ("Girnaar", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, UAE. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy and we handle it in accordance with the DIFC Data Protection Law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020) and its regulations.

2. WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS

This policy covers personal data collected through this website. It does not cover third-party websites or services we link to, such as Telegram, our rewards dashboard or Gaslesser; those have their own policies. If you work with us under a contract, the contract and any data processing terms in it govern the personal data exchanged in that relationship.

3. WHAT WE COLLECT

You can read every page of this site without telling us who you are. We collect personal data in two ways only.

What you give us: when you use the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address and the message you write, so that we can read and answer your enquiry. If you contact us on Telegram, your Telegram profile and messages are handled under Telegram's own terms. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the form.

What is collected automatically: like every website, ours is delivered by servers that receive technical information from your browser in order to send you the page, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. Our hosting provider, Wix, processes this to deliver the site, keep it secure and produce basic visitor statistics. We do not use it to profile you.

4. HOW WE USE IT, AND OUR LEGAL BASIS

- Answering your enquiry and any follow-up conversation: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

- Keeping the site secure and working: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

- Meeting legal obligations and defending legal claims: compliance with law, and our legitimate interest in protecting our rights.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not add you to any mailing list you did not ask to join.

5. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this website and answer you, and only to the extent they need it. Wix.com Ltd hosts this website, stores form submissions and delivers the notification email to our mailbox. Our email provider hosts the mailbox in which we receive and answer your enquiry. We may also disclose personal data to our professional advisers, where required by law or by a competent court or authority, or to a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised or sold, in which case this policy continues to protect it.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Our service providers operate outside the DIFC, including in Israel, the United States and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred to a jurisdiction that the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection has not recognised as providing adequate protection, we rely on the appropriate safeguards the DIFC Data Protection Law permits, such as standard contractual clauses in our providers' data processing terms. You can ask us for more detail on these safeguards.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Enquiries are kept for 12 months from our last exchange with you, then deleted. If an enquiry becomes a working relationship, the records needed for that relationship are kept for as long as it requires and any period the law obliges. Technical request data is held by our hosting provider for the short period its security and delivery systems need, under its own retention schedule. We may keep data longer where the law requires it or where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

8. COOKIES

This site is built on Wix, which sets strictly necessary cookies to make the site work and keep it secure, and may set functional and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

9. HOW WE PROTECT IT

The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to form submissions and our mailbox is limited to the people at Girnaar who need it to answer you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the DIFC Data Protection Law you have the right to ask whether we hold personal data about you and receive a copy of it; have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed; have your data erased or its use restricted in the circumstances the law provides; object to our use of your data where we rely on legitimate interests; receive data you gave us in a portable format where the law provides; and withdraw any consent you have given at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we will respond within one month. There is no charge for a reasonable request. If other data protection laws apply to you, you have the rights those laws give you as well.

11. CHILDREN

This website is intended for professionals, protocols and token holders. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We will update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we use data we already hold, we will tell the people concerned before it takes effect.

13. CONTACT AND COMPLAINTS

Questions or requests about your personal data can be sent to mitesh.jain@girnaartech.com, through the contact form on this website or via Telegram at t.me/Nimit_GirnaarNodes. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection, or with the data protection authority where you live or work.
